I'm Monica, I'm in my early 40s and currently reside in Illinois with my husband, and our two youngest children, ages 13 and 12. We have two older children, ages 21 and 19, who both attend out of state colleges. In addition to being a Writer and the founder of Women Pursuing Peace, I also currently own and operate a Home Child Care Program. I enjoy reading, writing, podcasts, learning/growing, and a host of other things from food, to traveling, to quality time with family. But above all, I love Jesus. He is my Prince of Peace.​​​​
